A small example of what we see here at United Medical Services daily. Customers will often say to us..."but it was running fine...it was just making a funny noise" and we will open up the instrument, only to find a disaster.

 A slogan that has been part of our business practices for over 16 years is "as close to OEM specs as possible". We will always go out of our way to re-engineer all replacement components to be as close to OEM specifications as possible, at any expense.

 There are certainly cheaper and quicker methods to repair medical instruments, (clearly seen by our competitors' work). And if the instrument were to end up going back to the manufacturer at a later date, we want them to know that we, the third party repair, did not compromise their equipment, name and integrity.
